Doors drummer John Densmore recently announced that he'll be publishing a new book titled ‘The Doors: Unhinged’ in April that will delve into his legal battles with former band mates Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger. 

"Recent Google alerts said my new book will expose the feud between the band members," he writes.  "May I re-phrase... Yes, it will trace the struggle [late singer] Jim [Morrison]'s estate & I went through to preserve the name The Doors, but at the end will have a healing statement of my caring for my musical brothers."

Densmore is self-publishing ‘The Doors: Unhinged’ using Amazon.com's CreateSpace and Kindle Direct Publishing platforms. The book will be released on April 17.
