Daniel Anaya broke into the wom
an's home last week and asked if he could smell her feet, an offer she said she could refuse. When she turned him down, he became enraged, forcibly pulled off her shoe and bit down on her big toe so hard that he severed nearly half of it.
The victim kicked Anaya to the curb last November because he bit her other big toe pretty badly last November. He now faces charges of burglary, false imprisonment, interference with communications and aggravated battery against a household member
